I have listened to your CD, at least 5 times since last week and I absolutely love it. My purchase was prompted by a positive review on Tribe.net (which has not been functional for the past several days for some reason) that mentioned The Sultans involvement with this CD. As I am "mature" dancer, I remember the Sultans music very fondly and have all of their albums (yes, vinyl and a cassette which I had to transfer into my computer!). It is delightful to hear the kind of music that brought me into the dance again. Thank you for a delightful musical experience!

Ibrahim (The Sultan) has continued to develop his amazing ability to bring music and rhythms to life, and excite both the listener and the dancer. I have know Ibrahim for many, many years. As a young boy, whose "magical fingers" played percussion for The Sultans,he won the hearts of musicians and dancers all over the world.
With his current CD, Play Your Cymbals,Ibrahim delivers a refreshing and electrifying introduction of music and rhythms that span the time trusted melodies dancers have enjoyed for many years. Play Your Cymbals provides the inspiration and motivation for the dancer to create his or her finest natural movement. Every seasoned dancer will appreciate this opportunity to update and improve their performance. Play Your Cymbals is an album that belongs in every aficionado's collection. It has been my pleasure to see this gifted musician mature into a fine composer and talented artist.

After sampling some of the clips, I listened to the CD. I was captivated by the original motifs, skillfully taking me along a wonderful Musical Journey… Superbly Mastered, well guided Tour! Then comes the surprise…. A Very Original, playful as kitten, fluid as a Dancer’s belly undulations, memory entrenching as the “Vienna Waltz”: PLAY YOUR CYMBALS !
Thank you guys!
